Shipping Policy
HAOYUE Studio currently ships orders to Canada and the United States.
Order Processing
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Some handmade, made-to-order, or customized pieces may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, this will be stated on the product page or communicated to you directly.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping options, rates, and any applicable free-shipping offers are displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination.
International Delivery
Orders are shipped from China using tracked international delivery services. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country or region.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
Shipping Delays
HAOYUE Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control. If there is an unusual delay, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
